In 2019, we supported with the email marketing for the ‘Global Swimrise’ – an event happening all across the world to highlight the importance of addressing mental health issues.
As part of our role we planned email correspondence which would be sent to all registered participants to give them further information about the event and closer to the time to give them instructions on how it would take place and some tips on what was needed.

Our client wanted help to further upscale their event.
We have driven tens of thousands of people to the TEDx Manchester website with over 30% of this traffic converting to the mailing list, increasing their database by a huge 40%. However, the true icing on the cake was that the initial ticket allocation of the event (more than double the previous year) sold out in around 9 minutes asa result of this growth. This lead to the event more than quadrupling its capacity to become the largest TEDx gathering across Europe and North America.
