In 2018 we were contracted to work with Sunderland Software City on their premier digital recruitment event: Tech Talent.

They were looking to use paid media to reach a wider and more targeted audience across the North East. After a successful initial year, we were invited back to work on the 2019 event as part of the North East Digital Festival.

Levelling Up: North East Digital Festival

Tech Talent is an annual event hosted and ran by Sunderland Software City that aims to connect job seekers with industry experts and companies looking to hire. 2019 was the third year the event had ran and the second of which we played a part in supporting.
 
In 2019 Tech Talent became part of The North East Digital Festival; a brand new month-long celebration of all things digital across the North so it was even more exciting to be the official social media (paid and organic) supplier of the event for the second year running. 
 
We’re firm supporters of the North East digital scene and were proud to play a part in another successful event which ultimately placed many people in new and exciting roles. 

Improving ad results 

Our role was to create advertising to seek out and register job seekers and graduates to come along to the event. Advertising across Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn for 2019, we were able to use learnings from the previous year to convert engaged people to register for the event, generating 1,000’s more ad clicks from Facebook alone.
